I have over two decades of experience in private and corporate law, human resources management, behavioral healthcare and business process reengineering. My education includes a degree in English, coursework in education, technical writing, proofreading, indexing peer review and indexing training with Kari Kells of Index West. Both my career and educational experiences required the ability to recognize and understand prominent and underlying issues accurately, communicate effectively, work with extremely detailed information and do so under the pressure of precise deadlines, all of which are required in the production of a well-crafted index.
